How
to get to Brijuni?
Brijuni
islands are located near the eastern coast of Istria, Croatia's
largest peninsula.
There is a small boat carrying guests and tourists to the
largest island, Veliki Brijun (Great Brijun) and back to the
small coastal town Fažana, near Pula (please consult the map).

Arriving
by car
To
get to Fažana just follow road signs for Pula. Most travelers
arriving from the west will get to Pula via Trieste, and
from the east via Rijeka (please consult the map).
Cars are not allowed on the islands. Hotel guests can leave
their car in the guarded car park belonging to the Brijuni
national park.

Arriving
by bus or train
Busses
and trains to Pula go from almost every city in Croatia,
and many cities in Slovenia and Italy. Regular local bus
line connects Pula with Fažana. There should be no problems
getting tickets in the Symposium period.
